A very well appointed cottage on a quiet lane. Had open plan living, dining and sitting area with ample room. There were lots of good walks at all levels from the cottage as well as the surrounding area. Nearby town for restaurants, shops and takeaways.
,Hollies Barn is a lovely, comfortable property, ideally situated to travel all around the Peak District. We loved Derbyshire - it is such a beautiful, unspoilt county. We particularly liked the fact that on three different evenings, a mountain hare passed close by the lounge window and we were then able to watch it in the field opposite.
Mrs Fincher, Buckinghamshire
,The property was a real home from home. It had everything that we needed and was very comfortable. There was a lot of space even for 4 adult sized people. The location was ideal. We were in a quiet, peaceful location, but near enough to towns and places of interest.
Miss Dwinger, Cambridgeshire
,This property has been beautifully renovated to a high standard. The underfloor heating is lovely. Feels like a home from home. Highly recommended and the location is fantastic.
Mr Adie, Surrey
,The accommodation was of a high standard. The underfloor heating was particularly comforting as the evenings got cooler and the location was good for days out. There was lots of information in a folder of places to go and eat out.
,We were extremely pleased when we arrived to find a really excellent cottage and a very friendly owner. The old farm building has been renovated to a very high standard. The views from the kitchen and lounge windows across the countryside are great. We would like to return sometime in the future.
,Hollies Barn is a beautiful cottage. It doesn't want for anything. The views from the cottage are amazing. We had sunshine every day which was a bonus and helped make our week. We would love to return sometime.
