This stone-built cottage in Allerston is set on a working beef farm, and its traditional accommodation includes exposed beams, a woodburner, exposed timbers and a farmhouse table in the spacious kitchen. The bedrooms, 2 family rooms with double and single bed, (1 with en-suite shower, basin, wc), a further family room with three single beds and a single room, can be accessed by the two staircases in the cottage, allowing a good degree of privacy and flexibility. The living room opens onto a games room which has a pool table, darts and a Playstation, making this cottage perfect for groups with younger members to entertain. The lawned garden is small but enclosed, and guests at this cottage also have use of a football pitch, and a pass for one car for Dalby Forest, with wonderful walking and cycling.

Made the booking for myself and eight friends for a girlie weekend. We had a fabulous time and the cottage is beautiful, well equipped and cosy. Lovely homely feeling and it was spotlessly clean. Many thanks and will definitely return again soon.
Miss Hallsworth, South Yorkshire
,The cottage was brilliant, it was clean comfortable, warm and friendly. The owners couldn't do enough for us. Me and my family of ten people will definitely go back again. Thank you so much.
,A brilliant place to spend time with friends and their children near to Christmas. We would certainly recommend to others and our kids want to know when we're going back. So many nice places to visit nearby, the kids favourite part of weekend was the holiday house though. Thanks for great holiday!
Mrs Thompson, West Yorkshire

,A great family holiday cottage with a great playing field for the kids. The accommodation was ideal for a family holiday with a really useful playroom for the children with TV, pool table, darts, videos and endless games. There were lovely walks in Dalby Forest for the dogs, from the cottage.

Mr Backhouse, Staffordshire
,We loved this quirky farmhouse with the big kitchen where we could all eat together. The children loved the games room and the football pitch and of course wi-fi. There were some lovely touches like home made bread and cake on arrival. The farm is well placed for visiting the coast and Dalby Forest. We would definitely visit again. Great for a family get-together.
