The Lake District and Cumbria, CA8 1JD, GB
This stone-built semi detached cottage is located on a working livestock farm in the rural hamlet of Milton, two miles from Brampton. Created from the careful conversion of an old dairy, this cottage has been tastefully decorated throughout with crooked beams, exposed stonework, a wood-burning stove and a fresh, modern kitchen. With accommodation all on one level, the spacious main bedroom comes with exposed beams, whilst outside, visitors can enjoy a decked area with countryside views. With so much to do in the surrounding area, this is an ideal property for a family trip or a vacation with friends.

,The owners were a delightful couple and were very concerned that we had all our requirements met. They were also keen to give us the benefit of their knowledge of the area. The cottage was extremely comfortable and the beds were great. The surrounding countryside was beautiful and there were plenty of opportunities for long walks.

,The accommodation was fantastic, warm and comfortable. The hot tub was amazingly hot and clean, we were in it every night, even the snow didn't put us off. There was lots to see and do in the area and a very good taxi service close to hand to take us back from being in the pub. We will be going back in the summer I hope.
