A lovely well positioned property with a river at the front. Were able to see the trains as well as the ducks and rabbits all around. The property was well equipped, had great bedding which was nice, soft and comfortable. Comfort was great in the living room, had a great TV package as well. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed, the washer and dryer were a great bonus. Ideal for a lazy holiday or for walking, train and nature lovers. Will book again with no hesitation.

,The property was in a very quiet, nice location giving easy access to Whitby harbour and the surrounding area. There were lots of local wildlife to see and we especially liked the pleasant walk into Whitby along the Cinder Track.

,Excellent Cottage in beautiful surroundings would recommend to anybody.

,The cottage was lovely and in a good location, clean warm and comfortable, home from home and we felt very relaxed. It was as others said a 15 to 20 minute walk along the cinder path to Whitby and in the opposite direction a 6 mile walk into Robin Hood Bay, we enjoyed all the walks particularly the Whitby circular walk. We had not been to Whitby before and really loved it and hope to return in the future.
,We really liked the balcony and the views. The property was comfortable and had every thing needed for 2 adults.
