,Been with Sykes Cottages before but have never been in a cottage as lovely as this one. The owners could not have been more helpful and have spared no expense on everything about the cottage. We will be going back again and have recommended this cottage to all our friends.
Mr Cliffe, lancs

,It was so peaceful and relaxing. Even though the vendors were next door they were very welcoming and helpful if required but remained unobtrusive.
Mr Macey, Greater Manchester
,The owners were very friendly and helpful. It's a very peaceful and spacious property and we liked to sit in the large, south facing conservatory overlooking the extensive garden and woodlands. We were encouraged to make good use of the grounds, pond area, barbecue and tennis court. A great place to stay.
,Firbank Cottage is superb! It is a comfortable, well equipped house in beautiful surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
,The location of the cottage is superb, and the owners were very friendly and helpful. The cottage itself is very clean, cosy and perfect for a week's holiday. Can't wait to return!
Mr Pumphrey, Dorset
,The owners were gracious, charming and very welcoming hosts to this wonderful little cottage in an idyllic garden setting. The cottage is cosy, with everything one could possibly need, with a spacious and airy conservatory overlooking a well tended garden that was overflowing with spring flowers during our visit. The log fireplace in the lounge was a wonderful place to retire to after dinner each evening. The cottage adjoins the main home, which is reassuring, but is entirely private. Thoroughly recommended.

,Firbank cottage is superbly located just outside the small village of Castleton and ideally placed for visiting the surrounding countryside. The cottage has a superb garden. The owners are readily available if you need any guidance as regards pubs, villages or coastal towns worth visiting. The cottage is very well equipped, with everything you need, including heating if required. The conservatory is a godsend and wonderful for sitting and doing nothing.I would unreservedly recommend Firbank to anyone looking to visit the Moors!
,The garden and surrounding woodlands are stunning - great fun for the family to explore before even leaving the property. Walks over the moors are available from the front gate and the Yorkshire coastline has plenty to offer within a short drive.
