The property Abbots Rest, was a most comfortable and well equipped property offering all the home comforts you could wish for whilst on holiday! We thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent there and would not hesitate to visit again.

,The location, and quality of accommodation surpassed our expectations.
Mrs Hayward, Lincolnshire

,The Cottage is fantastic, there is everything you could want and need plus more. The Clearview fire is amazing, just what you need on a cold winters day. The surrounding areas to the cottage are beautiful, plenty of picturesque countryside to be explored. Our little girl and dog loved being outside, seeing the animals that live locally. You really will not be disappointed. The peace and quiet is just what we wanted and we loved every second of it. The cottage is really well maintained and is as beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside. Would recommend to all.
Miss Benford, North Yorkshire

,A really lovely cottage. When I spoke to the owner before the holiday he was really friendly and gave lots of helpful suggestions of places to visit. The cleaner had done a great job too, and there were various provisions that had been left for us to use if we'd forgotten any key essentials. A lovely week.
Mr Lane,

,Overall the accommodation was excellent. In a great position for exploring the surrounding Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty as well as the National Trust and English Heritage properties. A fantastic house and gardens in a quiet position near a lovely church. Great for families and those who like us are meeting up with friends from different parts of the country.
Mrs Mackey,

,The home was warm, clean and a true home from home. The little hamlet it was set in was very peaceful and everyone was very friendly. Lots to see and do in the local area. A fantastic time had by all.

,From the moment we arrived and saw the cottage we loved everything about it. Each room had a different colour theme with matching accessories, even the towels in each bedroom were the corresponding colour. Every single thing had been thought of. The wood burning stove was an added bonus. Definitely one of the top cottages we have stayed in.
Mrs White, West Yorkshire
