It's a lovely house in a lovely situation, and a very interesting property - quite unique. It was perfect for our party of 8.
Mrs Brockett, Durham
,The standard of the cottage was very good. This along with the lovely location made it a great break for my family.
Mr Banks, Midlothian
,"We particularly liked the setting of the house. Everything was spot on, it was a home away from home. The beds were so comfortable."
Mrs Leitch, East Ayrshire
,A superb location - the quiet and peaceful riverside situation meant there was always lots of interesting wildlife to see from house. It was within easy reach of places to visit, for example; castles, historic ships, the coast and the Glens for walking. The house itself had everything and more needed for a comfy stay whatever the weather.
Mr Parker, West Yorkshire
,A beautiful house, perfectly equipped and we can't wait to return!
,A wonderful historic house with a very homely atmosphere and everything you need for a fantastic holiday.
,Mill of Tannadice is excellent in every way! The cottage is decorated to a high standard and is in a lovely peaceful location with the river running past. The cottage was spotless and very comfortable, would highly recommend to everybody! We cannot wait to go back, a gem of a place.
Mrs Green, Cumbria
,The property was a very comfortable retreat. It was a character building but with all modern conveniences. The cottage was within a rural setting but close to larger towns. We found it excellent value for money.
Mr Coull, Dumfries and Galloway
,The property was perfect and exceeded our expectations. It was a home away from home so everyone felt very welcome, comfortable and cosy despite the bad weather. The owners were easily contactable and had provided a nice welcome. Everything we could have hoped for was catered for in terms of the cooking appliances, bathrooms, seating, entertainment (computers & games, large collection of DVDs and board games) and proximity to the glens and local towns. Great size for the 8 adults, 2 babies and toddler. Have already recommended it to others and will most likely book more time there.
,We had tremendous weather which allowed us to enjoy fully the special garden but even if that had not been the case, the accommodation is truly special. A wonderful and spacious property very tastefully decorated with everything thought of. We can highly recommend and will hopefully be returning.
,This property was a real pleasure to be in, it was pure luxury. From start to finish. You felt that you were really the Lord of the Manor. When you sat out in the back garden watching the river flow by and the Brown Trout jumping for the flies, it was most relaxing. If you wanted to fish from the garden all of the required equipment was available within the cottage.
Mr Wagstaffe, Oxfordshire
