Excellent accommodation in an ideal location for visiting the South Lakeland area.
Mr Fraser, South Lanarkshire
,Peace and quiet. Everything we needed was in the cottage. Very well thought out.
Miss Anderson, Leicestershire
,A fabulous cottage to stay in. Perfect in every way.
,What a lovely place The Lake District is, it was the first time I have been and the fact that Thimble Cottage was as beautiful as it was, I really cannot fault it in any way. If you are thinking of booking this cottage please do it, you will not be disappointed.
Mr Randles, Merseyside
,The location of the cottage was perfect for our needs, with a 10 to 15 minute drive North to get into the Lake District area. The cottage was perfectly sized to suit a couple with all the facilities you could need and the welcome pack was greatly appreciated on the first night.
Mr Stone, Dorset
,The property was in a fantastic location. This is easily one of the best holidays I have ever been on and the accommodation made it so special indeed. As a couple this was our first holiday away together and we will remember it forever!
Mr Aplin, Devon
,Thimble Cottage was a great base for our holiday in the Lakes, everything we needed was there. There were eggs, milk and a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival. Stunning views everywhere we drove too. Proximity to the Lakes from where we were staying was ideal. Friendly people and great food, we would recommend The Sutherlands Pub and Restaurant in Windermere .
,Thimble Cottage was so beautiful, the location was very nice too.
Mr Parker, Kent
,Thimble Cottage was so lovely, the wood burner was wonderful.
,A fantastic stay in a lovely cottage.
Mrs Lowdon, Tyne and Wear
,My partner and I loved every minute of our short break away and Thimble Cottage is the perfect little place to stay. It was clean and well presented with a lovely little garden and in a lovely location for plenty of walking. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
Miss Jones, Hampshire
,This is a lovely cottage in a fantastic setting, and it is very relaxing. This was our second stay there but we would go back again, can't get enough of the place.
Miss Johnson, Lincolnshire
,Beautiful cottage with large private grounds. Very quiet but also easy access to local area. We would definitely recommend.
