The Stone Barn was perfect for our needs. We had everything we needed to make our holiday complete. The owners gave us a warm welcome and made sure we had everything we needed.
Mrs Morris, Warwickshire
,The Barn was absolutely beautiful, there was everything you could wish for in the accommodation. We had an extremely relaxing weekend. The views are amazing, and when we go back next year we will be exploring more of the area. May I thank the owner (who is a very lovely lady), and her family for their help, and for making our weekend a truly amazing one. Look forward to seeing them all again next June 2015.
,The Stone Barn was a lovely place to have our first holiday with our newborn. It was very spacious and very comfortable. The barn retains many features, like beams etc yet has a very modern feel. It's a beautiful place to stay and we will be back.
Mr Jarvill, Cornwall
,Very spacious and very well equipped with essentials and entertainments. Everything is in good condition. The owners were on hand and helpful.
,Very high standard of décor and furnishing. Had beautiful views over fields and trees with the sunset artfully arranged to be admired through the French windows. The decking would have been lovely for drinks in summer. Friendly but unobtrusive owners.
,This is beautiful property has been created to a really high standard. A real home away from home with heated floors, comfy sofas, lots of space and beautiful surroundings. We really hope to return.
,Holiday cottage was perfectly clean and beautiful. The kitchen had everything including weighing scales. The house was warm and very comfortable. All the guests enjoyed their stay.
Miss Church, Worcestershire
,A stunning property in a beautiful location!
Miss Cooper, Oxfordshire
,"Very attractive and spacious barn conversion, beds were especially comfortable and all the kitchen appliances worked well."
Mrs Johns, Devon
,The owners were friendly and the herdsmen were also very pleasant and it was a lovely atmosphere. The house is lovely and we liked being on a working dairy farm as the children could see the tractors and cows from the house.
Mrs Wrighton, Leicestershire
,The Stone Barn is a beautiful property in a lovely part of the world, recently renovated and equipped to a very high standard. The fact that the barn is on a working farm is very exciting, we loved it. Plenty of parking. We had a great walk in the Forest of Dean, went to Cirencester, Ross on Wye, Stow on the Wold and Bourton on the Water - very pretty. We were lucky enough in April to have good weather and made good use of the decked patio to chill out and admire the lovely view. We would definitely return and have no hesitation in recommending to others - and we're picky! Owners were attentive and keen to make sure we had all we needed without being in your face - just right.
Mr Addy, West Yorkshire
,The property was beautiful, having been recently renovated to a high standard.
Mr Lockwood, West Yorkshire
,The location was really fun with the cows just outside the property - it made it feel very 'countryside'. The property was spacious for the 7 of us and just absolutely lovely. It was clean and light, with ample parking and a good sized kitchen table for us all to sit around comfortably - we even played the games provided.
,A lovely place to relax with wonderful views and peace and quiet. The owners are extremely nice and very accommodating. Ten out of ten in my opinion.
,Liked everything! A fabulous property and there was so much to do in the area for all my family, which isn't always the case when your children range from 18 to 7!
Mrs Wallace, Merseyside
,A superb, well equipped barn in a lovely rural setting. A great place for touring the Forest of Dean.
Mrs Buckley, Greater Manchester
,10 out of 10 in every way. The Stone Barn is an amazing place to stay.
Miss Manghan, Essex
,Fantastic accommodation as we stayed on a working week away. Now would recommend family stay on holiday sometime in the future. It's that good and suits all purposes. Many Thanks to the owners.
Mr Dixon, Merseyside
,A great place with lots of space, and it was enjoyable in general.
,A very cosy festive cottage for the Christmas period. It was comfortable, clean, warm and overall a high quality finished property. We all loved it! It was to celebrate an early Christmas close to home and it was perfect. We will be back.
Ms Foley, Warwickshire
,The house and its facilities were excellent - perfect for our extended family get away. The location of the property was ideal too; remote enough to feel away from it all but plenty to do within a short drive.
Mrs Turton, Staffordshire
,The cottage is gorgeous and exactly what we needed. I just wish we could go back in the summer and enjoy the outside areas more.
,The Stone Barn is a beautiful barn with fabulous views.
,We liked everything! The house was fantastic, with lots of space. There was a lovely fire which we lit every day, a fully equipped kitchen, always lots of hot water and lots of bathrooms. It was really child friendly and a cot and high chair were left out for our 9mth old. We also really liked being on a farm, the cows were very friendly, and we could walk into the town via the fields. Finally, our hosts could not have been more helpful and the area is magnificent, there was so much to do and we really only tipped the surface.
,A beautiful house which catered for our extended family holiday. The views were very rural and the dairy cows offered a visiting point for the toddler in the group. There was plenty of room for us all and it was spacious enough for a toddler to move around in without damaging himself or others. There was a good pub in the village and the hosts provided a map with a local footpath from the barn and other walks in the area.
Mrs Coulson, Nottinghamshire
,The property was really lovely - the owners were very helpful and we would be more than happy to visit The Stone Barn again.
