Property Feedback

The location was great for a total chill out, we have never felt so relaxed on holiday before and will definitely return. The hot tub was a must and the owners and local people were just lovely, they couldn't do enough for you.

,The peace & quiet was very relaxing. The owners were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The tour around the Free Range Chicken Farm and the Livestock Farm by the founder of the farm was just brilliant and extremely informative, one of the highlights of our holiday. The hot tub was fantastic as was the log burning fire and the whole cottage has underfloor heating which was very cosy and warm at all times. Everyone was just so friendly and we felt so very welcome. The location is ideal for visiting many places but in particular, the Elan Valley is not too far away and it is a stunning area for walking & cycling. Having 2 showers was really very useful for us as we were a group of 3 adult couples. The beds were very comfortable with fresh clean bedding, in excellent condition, and the towels were also immaculate and of very good quality. I cannot recommend this cottage highly enough and we will definitely be returning.

,A fantastic time had by all and the children loved the tour round the farm! The house is beautiful and very spacious, it has everything you could need. We made great use of the BBQ while there and the hot tub is amazing in any weather. The kids loved to stay up and watch for shooting stars while in the hot tub. Views from the front of The Lodge are stunning!

,The location was quiet, peaceful & with very limited signal - so great to get away for the week and just chill - there is everything you need to do just that. The hot tub was an added bonus, it was clean and well used by us. The owners leave you to it but are there if you need them.

,I liked the wide open space outside and the rolling hills. The views are amazing and it was peaceful and tranquil too. The hot tub is a massive plus. Liked the vast space in the house and the fact it's a fully working house, you need to take nothing as it has everything.

,It was a very high grade property. The location and facilities were just amazing. We would definitely recommend to friends and would pay a return visit ourselves. We loved every aspect of the Lodge. The treadmill and games were an added bonus, oh and the log fire. Not to mention the hot tub. Seeing the sheep dogs working. The chickens and the amazing views of the valley and the sky with no light pollution., ahh just beautiful. Tranquillity personified. The owners should be so proud. Just an all round perfect week. Awesome experience.

,The place is stunning, it was immaculate and extremely homely. The owners were amazingly friendly, they are there if you needed them but also gave us privacy and space to enjoy our time together. The house is spacious, warm and the garden is beyond anything we could have hoped for. I can't describe how good the hot tub felt when sinking into the bubbles on a cold winters day. This cottage has been extremely well thought out and is home from home.
