Property Feedback

Our welcome on arrival was warm and friendly. This cottage was warm, comfortable and provided all that was needed. It is in a beautiful, relaxing location and the hot tub delivers the last piece of luxury to complete the set up.
Mrs Bridle,

,Everything about our holiday was great, the cottage was gorgeous and the view was beautiful. We didn't want to leave!
Mrs Cowper, Derbyshire
November 2014

,We met the owner on arrival for the hand over and although they live only 2 doors away they left us to get on with enjoying the break. The hot tub was maintained whilst we were out for the day. The whole break was very relaxing.
Miss Cross,
January 2015

,We had an amazing time here. It was very comfortable, a real home from home. The owners lived 100 yards away however they were very respectful of our privacy. The hot tub was brilliant after a hard day walking. A little remote but that suited us! Would definitely recommend.
Diane Harker, Derbyshire

,This is our second stay at Pen Y Bryn, and as before enjoyed an excellent stay. The location and quality of this cottage is fantastic, with the added bonus of the hot tub, which is much appreciated after enjoying long walks in the area. Would highly recommend this cottage.
Mrs Galvin, Somerset
April 2015

,The hot tub is a real plus point after a long walk. It was nice to be able to relax and chill in, in the evenings. Also there are plenty of walks to explore nearby meaning you don't have to start the car if you don't want to.
Mr Dakin, Lincolnshire
April 2015

,We were on a return visit from last year which in turn speaks for itself. The property was within an ideal, quiet location for a couple in a very unspoilt part of the world. There are local walks and we enjoyed the hot tub. The owners were very friendly.
Mr Martin, South Yorkshire
May 2015

,The cottage was beautiful, and very well equipped; from teaspoons to pizza cutter. The scenery from the cottage was stunning. The hot tub was an added bonus and was spotless. The owners were very friendly but not obtrusive, cannot think of any faults and would gladly return.
Mrs Clelland, Greater Manchester
June 2015

,Great holiday cottage, one of the best we have stayed in. The owner met us on arrival and was very welcoming and friendly, which was a lovely start to our stay there. House spotlessly clean and has everything you could need in it, with plenty of space for us and the three kids. Great to be able to bring our dogs to such a nice cottage. The owners were nearby if you needed them.
Mrs Clapperton, East Lothian
July 2015

,Llanafan is a lovely, quiet relaxing location. Pen-Y-Bryn is a well maintained, comfortably furnished cottage. Walks in the area are good and if you want to go further afield there are places not too far away.
Mrs Bridle,

,The owners gave us a warm welcome. The cottage was of a very high standard and had a fantastic hot tub. It was a dog friendly cottage which had a large enclosed garden and the local walks were lovely. It was a good location for visiting Aberystwyth and the Devils bridge area. The scenery was breathtaking. We would highly recommend this cottage to everyone.

,Cottage was fabulous, beautifully decorated and furnished throughout. Everything clean and tidy. Hot tub brilliant! Used every evening until dark. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners but nothing needed, as they had thought of every comfort. Definitely be back!
Mrs Spicer,
July 2016

,Our hosts were lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them. We were overwhelmed by the facilities within the cottage which exceeded our expectations. The level of equipment and attention to detail was superb. This provided us with the best possible start to what was to become a very special weeks holiday. We will definitely be back to stay in the cottage again and have recommended this holiday to all our friends.
