The history of the place, it was wonderful to see how the cottage had been restored. We also loved the area, it was fantastic for walking, we saw plenty of birds of prey, explored a ruined building and took all sorts of photos. Our hosts were fantastic too. Very accommodating, gave great directions and so friendly! We will definitely be back.
Ms Shanahan, Norfolk

,Liked everything. The cottage had all that you needed for a quiet, peaceful, relaxing holiday. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this cosy cottage as a base to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside without reservation, and the lovely log burner to relax in front of after a days exploring.

,The cottage has the wow factor from the moment you set eyes on it. It's as beautiful in real life as it is in the pictures. It's history and journey into the current day is fascinating which adds to its attraction. The cleanliness and attention to detail within the cottage are second to none. ,The owner gave us a very friendly welcome. The cottage is beautifully restored and well appointed with everything we needed. The shower has to be the best one we have ever used in a holiday cottage! The setting is beautiful and peaceful, and the cottage is very comfortable for evenings in front of the log burning stove, if the weather is too wet for a walk - as it was for us. Thank you for a relaxing holiday stay!
