A beautiful property, the kids loved the swimming pool and Hartswood Farm was excellent for the dog. The owners were very welcoming.
Mrs Dobson, West Midlands
,A fantastic week in a lovely relaxing spacious cottage, with fantastic views across the fields. The cottage is situated within reasonably short reach of the coast, the moors and access to local towns and the city of York. It was lovely to sit and watch the horses, and farm activities from the sun room. The kids (and the big kids) loved the swimming pool which was a good size and we were lucky enough to have it pretty much to ourselves for the whole holiday. The bedrooms are big and spacious and an en suite in each room was a real bonus. The kitchen was immaculate and the attached sun room made it the hub of the house. The owners were very friendly and struck a nice balance of happy to help while not at all intrusive.
Mr Knibbs, Northamptonshire
,The swimming pool was great for the kids, also the location was really good for days out & about, and all set in a fantastic landscape. The owners of the property were very friendly and on site if we needed anything.
Mr Sheppard, Lincolnshire
,The accommodation is spacious and homely and the owners are very friendly and approachable if there are any issues. The location is lovely and peaceful but close enough to all the places we wanted to visit.
Mr Frost, Northamptonshire
,The views from the conservatory. The size of the property was massive, easy get lost in it. Bedrooms had on suits with good powerful showers. Thank you.
Mr Wilcock, Cambridgeshire
,The farmhouse is very spacious, 3 double bedrooms each with spacious en-suites. The huge pool is amazing with newly installed changing room facilities including shower, wc, sink etc. Lots of areas to sit if not wanting to go in the pool. Beautiful countryside position far reaching views yet close to road for easy access around Yorkshire. The farmhouse was big enough for all 16 of us to be in the conservatory area together which was wonderful. Really nice owners on hand if you needed assistance but only really saw them when they were feeding the animals in the field so not intrusive. We would definitely recommend this accommodation, you would not be disappointed.
Mrs Hugo, Greater Manchester
,Lovely, big cottage, very clean and the pool and hot tub were a bonus! Near to Scarborough and Whitby - would definitely recommend.
Mrs Goding, South Yorkshire
,Lovely owners. Lovely location. Lovely accommodation. Bags of space. Quiet. Lovely swimming pool. Excellent facilities. Well equipped. Warm and cosy.
,The property itself is large with lots of seating areas, two conservatories and two televisions. The bedrooms all had en suite facilities and the kitchen is lovely with a conservatory offering a wonderful view across open countryside. Outside there were chickens and goats but best of all was the large indoor heated swimming pool with excellent changing and showering facilities.
