The Lodge was very comfortable and warm. Having the benefit of a field to exercise the dog was great. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The Lodge was an excellent base and the hot tub was lovely, we would certainly consider returning.
Mrs Howe, Durham
,We all had an absolutely fantastic time, especially our dog. The owner was really helpful and polite, he told us about walks and places to see and go near by which was great. The doggy field was a great little extra as we didn't realise there was one. The Lodge was lovely and had all the essentials you could need. Thank you for a really great holiday, we will definitely be visiting again.
Miss Bower, West Yorkshire

Miss Moreton, South Yorkshire
,We stayed here for a long weekend in November. On arrival we were met by the owner, who was really nice and helpful. The log cabin was perfect, nice and warm on arrival with good facilities. We made use of the Hot Tub on all 3 days, which was cleaned each morning by the owner doing his rounds. We would highly recommend these properties for a quite getaway in the countryside.
Miss Tomlinson, Durham
,The property itself was exactly as described with the peaceful surroundings it made for a great retreat. We had a very warm welcome from the owners who could not do enough to make us feel comfortable.
