It is a truly beautiful house filled with wonderful art and very comfortable. The location is excellent, the village has a great range of pubs, restaurants and independent shops.
,The house was amazing and even though we were only there for a short time we made the most of everything that was provided. This house is in a great location for meandering around. Would definitely recommend this property. Very much a home from home.
Miss Smithson, Derbyshire
,It was ideal to celebrate a special family birthday, for small grandchildren too, it was a large safe environment. The house met all our needs, would definitely go back as didn't get a chance to enjoy the wonderful surrounding countryside. High street and conveniences were only short walk away. Thumbs up from us.
Mrs Rawlinson, West Midlands
,Inside the property was amazing, we didn't want to leave. Everybody was so friendly and the shops & pubs/restaurants were all within walking distance. We all loved the hot tub, especially the children. We spent most of our time in the kitchen & the hot tub! We can't wait to go back again!
Miss Dunroe, Cheshire
,We were very comfortable in The Old Manse and loved the hot tub. Had a BBQ and open fires as well as great pubs and an Indian restaurant on the doorstep, plus amazing countryside to walk and ride through.
Mr Johnson, Nottinghamshire
,We loved the location and the comfort that the house had to offer. There was plenty of room, it was clean and had everything we wanted in a holiday home. Ideally situated for popping into the town on foot and a great base for seeing the beautiful surrounding countryside. Would definitely recommend.
Mrs Sparrey, Newport
,We had a fantastic week staying at The Old Manse. The property is amazing, every room is full of character. It's a large house so our family of 5 had plenty of room and it is extremely well equipped. It's in a great position in Bishop's Castle and there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. This is one holiday where at the end if it nobody wanted to leave the house to come home!
Mr Paylor, North Yorkshire
,The Old Manse was very eclectic with every room having a slightly different theme. We really enjoyed the fact that there are two lounges, it meant that one group could watch a film whilst the others watched the TV.
Ms Roberts, Cheshire
,It was equipped with all that we needed, was very spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The owners of the cottage were very sweet and added nice touches to make us feel welcome. The surrounding areas were beautiful and certainly a place I would like to re visit.
Ms Venner, Devon
,The space was lovely, as was everything in the cottage.
Mrs Gilbey, Warwickshire
,A great property, we really appreciated the media available on the wet days, and the fire and hot tub in the evenings. The location was perfect for a bit of exploring and both old and young had a great break at The Old Manse.
Miss Higgins, Warwickshire
,The Old Manse was lovely. Very quirky and tastefully decorated.
Mrs Kinsley, Merseyside
,The Old Manse was in a great location, was a great cottage, the hot tub was fabulous after a long day of walking. Two great places to eat and drink The Three Tuns pub and The Castle hotel
Mr Storey, Merseyside
,The property was quirky and well equipped. It was good to have two lounges so the older family could go and watch a different program in other room. It was close to town and the pubs.
Mrs Gwinnearth, West Midlands
