The cottage is set in a beautiful location, very tranquil and quiet. The cottage is very well equipped and cosy, the surrounding scenery is breathtaking. It isn't far from local amenities, and there is a vast array of activities, from walks to trips and other activities, many good places to eat out and also easy to get to other places.
Mr Johnson, Lancashire
,Peaceful scenic surroundings, cosy and comfortable cottage.
Mrs Meakin, Essex
,What a beautiful little hidden gem, a real get away from it all place to stay. Sat right on the River Dovey and surrounded by the Welsh hills and countryside you feel like the only people in the world but you are only a short drive from civilisation if you want it. We have just enjoyed a really relaxing holiday in this lovely Welsh stone cottage with a cosy wood burner and no tv, except to watch DVDs on if you wish too. I was happy to just sit and read and listen to the roaring river running right next to the cottage and watch the flickering flames of the log burner, then there are all of the birds to watch from the window seat in the bedroom. I can't emphasise how great a place this is to stay, there was every thing we needed and we were very comfortable with all furnishings etc . Decorated to an authentic style with well equipped kitchen and a downstairs shower room.
Mrs Millard, West Midlands

Mr Hulbert, South Yorkshire
,Lovely welcoming cottage.Spotlessly clean. Really good location beside the river. Excellent for walks or runs out in the car with a homely log fire to come back to. Enjoyed the use of the decking even though it was January! All the facilities you would need inside the cottage also.
Mrs Ryan, Greater Manchester
,The scenery and views from the cottage were amazing.
Mr Marsh, Lancashire
,The cottage and its surroundings were even more beautiful than in the photographs. It was peaceful and quiet, with just the sound of the river rushing past. There were lovely walks right from the door, streams and little waterfalls everywhere, and dramatic hills. There was an absolutely stunning view of the river and woods from all the windows.
Mrs Meek, POWYS
,The views from the cottage were stunning and absorbed us completely. The birds seen from the cottage were typical for the area and exceptional. The ambience of the cottage was peaceful and comfortable.
