A well-equipped, warm comfortable house. The main bedroom and wet room were great for my dad who has limited mobility.
,Brilliant place to stay. So easy to find even though we got there in the dark, very near to A1 but there was hardly any noise to speak of. The cottage had everything we needed and the information booklets were very helpful. Plenty of places to visit and should have had more weeks to enjoy it all. Will definitely be returning and would recommend highly to others.

Mr Jones, Greater Manchester
,A fantastic homely cottage with ample space for the extended family. In a perfect location for exploring the beaches and castles nearby.
Mr Mitchell, Lancashire
,The Reading Rooms was an excellent holiday house with plenty of space for all members of our party; we all had a very comfortable weeks stay. We especially loved the open plan kitchen and sitting room.
,A fabulous cottage which is much bigger than it looks on the photographs. The garden is fantastic for dogs, all enclosed and really big. The summer house is lovely to sit in as the sun goes down.
