Our holiday began with a warm and welcoming house and got better. Great facilities, lovely tranquil garden and environs too. Some great touches in the house e.g dog towels and well placed torches in every room so that we could find unfamiliar light switches. Very friendly locals, dog friendly pubs, shops and visitor attractions too. Not a lot else to say except that we got double the value for our money. A mixed age group family, old teenage and middle aged plus two dogs - a spanking job!
,The location is perfect for a base for dog walking. The size of house, again perfect for pets with a large rear garden.
Mr Wreford, Kent
,Beautiful warm and cosy cottage - as it was cold outside it was such a treat coming back to a warm house. The garden was a fantastic size for the children. The location was also perfect - we loved the rural surroundings, but also being very accessible to Southwold and other coastal places.
Mrs Tomlinson, Cambridgeshire
,Lovely cottage, exceptional master bedroom and bathroom with lots of space and all full of character. It was quiet, with easy walks from the cottage which were well signposted and the pub was really friendly towards us and our dogs! Would return again!
Mr Marsden, Norfolk
,The house was superb, a perfect example of just what our group look for in a holiday let. The two main reception rooms swallowed up our party number of 6. The olde worlde charms were oozing out of every beam and I only hit my head on a low beam twice! "I could live here" was a frequent comment!
,It was a lovely experience to stay in such a large period property with wooden beams. The house was very clean. The area was great for providing something for all of our family.
Mr Lugg, Cambridgeshire
,Good size accommodation in lovely quiet area. Garden was well fenced and perfect for children and dogs.
,We liked the quaint and spacious house that was full of character, and the large rear garden that had beautiful surroundings of trees and rural countryside. The house was in a good location for many interesting places to visit and good nearby pubs with good food.
Mr Jewell, East Sussex
,Beautiful home with lots of character, loved the big bathroom and the large garden for the children to play and run around safely
,The property was a good mix of old character and modern facilities, and was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and the garden was large and enclosed. There were accessible footpaths nearby for dog walks. The heating was very efficient.
,Lovely quiet location and the garden had great space for our 2 dogs to exercise. A good location to visit surrounding attractions/areas.
Miss Sherwin, Lincolnshire
,We loved the space inside the cottage especially with our two families and 3 dogs. Garden was brilliant for the dogs and kids to play in - nice and safe. The area was lovely. A fantastic hideaway for a relaxing week and close enough to the coast for seaside walks and fun.
Mrs Baker, Leicestershire
,The House was spotlessly clean and is in a good location for touring. It is well equipped and has an excellent safe garden for young children. The House was lovely and warm and all fixtures and fittings were in good order. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.
,We had a great time at the House, everything was spotless, and it was great to have such good WiFi.
Miss Swann, Northamptonshire
,The quirkiness of St Michael's House was fun, it was peaceful and relaxing - even the children were happy to stay in and just relax.
Mrs Bowen, Lancashire
,An excellent holiday all round and an excellent cottage.
