Super little cottage, which was well furnished and maintained. So nice to lay in bed and listen to the burn gurgling at the bottom of the garden. The wood burner is fantastic and heated the whole house nicely in the evening, with plenty of logs provided by the owner.
Mrs Sharp, Essex
,The setting was wonderful, with incredible bluebells and trees for miles around the cottage. There were really lovely walks locally and the gardens of Arduaine and Crarae were at their best. The cottage overall was very comfortable and the wood burner is lovely in colder weather. The bird table attracts red squirrels and woodpecker as well as other birds.
Ms Bryce, East Lothian
,Beautiful, clean cottage, remote but very cosy. Extremely well equipped. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Definitely felt like a home from home and the wood burner was perfect for chilly nights. In such stunning surroundings, it was a perfect haven to explore the simple pleasures in life.
Mrs Golding, Northamptonshire
,Owners very friendly and helpful. The cottage was one of the best places we have ever stayed and we would recommend it to anyone and intend to return.
,We had a wonderful week at Blubell Cottage. The cottage was perfect. We had great weather and the scenery and hospitality were second to none.
Mrs Phoenix, Shropshire
,This is a superb cottage, a home from home. We were made very welcome the owners. The cottage is in a lovely area, very idealistic. We enjoyed that much cant wait for next year.
,Have been to dozens of self-catering cottages over many years, this ranks as one of the very best! We would love to go back.
