We loved all the art work in the cottage. The bed and bedding were really nice crisp, smelt nice and clean. The caretaker was very approachable and very friendly and helpful.
Mrs Ward, Tyne and Wear
,Location of York House overlooking the harbour, what a view to wake up to. Went for a chilled week & got that
Mr Southworth, Lancashire
,Was a lovely homely cottage great for family and friends. The views were fantastic. Enjoyed the open fires and pool table.
Mrs Jackson, South Yorkshire
,The situation of the house is really superb. The pool table was always fun for everybody and the open fire in the living room. A really very, very nice, cosy, warm place to stay.
Mr Van De Wetering,
,This house is amazing, the pictures don't do it justice. Its breathtaking views are perfect. The pool table is a brilliant feature. We had fun and our 3 year old loved it, a definite holiday to go back to.
,A lovely house with comfortable sofas and no clutter. The rooms felt bright and everywhere was clean. We would like to return next year if you'll have us!
,Very cosy well equipped house in a fabulous location with wonderful views. The location is very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely book again.
,A lovely cottage, with all that is required to make a holiday enjoyable. The pool table is great and kept the children, and adults, busy. There was a fabulous view out to sea and it was less than 5 minutes walk to the sea. Staithes and the surrounding area is beautiful. Can't imagine a stay in this cottage being anything other than fabulous.
Mrs Underwood, Derbyshire
,We have stayed in Staithes at New Year for the last 6 years and this beats all the rest! We stayed with family and found we had plenty of room and the bedroom and bathroom spaces worked well. Having the pool room was excellent for us all, we spent every evening having a tournament and a laugh. We will stay nowhere else now and have already checked for the next New Year sadly to find it taken, but this is not surprising!
,It was the perfect house for such a large number of people. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The amenities were lovely and the views superb. I would have little difficulty in recommending this property to anyone. Well worth a visit.
,A lovely property with a homely feel. It is in a quaint setting, peaceful and with stunning views across the harbour. There were great walks close by too.
,We loved the comfort of the house and the high quality of the contents. We loved the village itself, the pubs and gorgeous coffee places, and the scones; the friendliness and helpfulness of all we met! We enjoyed setting off for a walk from the house, with no need to get the car - the cliff walks to the nearby villages were so good. We loved everything!
