A lovely village location, with easy access to the lakes. Peace and quiet.
We liked the wood burning stove and the dog friendliness of the cottage.
Good local information in the guide and we especially liked the bathroom.
Mr Timmerman, Staffordshire

Mr Pover, Norfolk
,Lovely quiet area with lots of opportunities for walking and close to Lakes as well.
Mr Cronk, Dorset
,The cottage was exactly as described and we had a lovely time. The standard of décor and presentation was excellent. It was probably the nicest holiday let we have stayed in. We will definitely go back.
Mr Feavyour, Shropshire
,A beautiful cottage and a lovely location. Can't wait to go again.
Mr Saunders, Gloucestershire
,The cottage was very pretty, clean and comfortable, and in a beautiful location with amenities close by, and it was close to the south lakes and the coast. We brought our dog with us and spent the week hiking and visiting local villages. There is a paved hallway entrance which was great for leaving muddy boots and dogs. Cumbria is very dog friendly and we felt welcome everywhere. We had a very relaxed holiday and have returned home refreshed. I didn't want to leave the cottage, it was so comfy and homely.
Mr Cornish, Devon
,A lovely house full of character in a picturesque village and countryside. Would love to stay there again. I would recommend to get a torch and walk on the main street to see the stars without the city street lights. Wonderful.
