Outside there is ample off road parking and a private, enclosed garden with a patio, furniture and a hot tub. Oak House is a fantastic family property with easy access to the Lincolnshire coast.

I'd say it was one of the best places I've stayed in the UK without doubt. A lovely property in lovely surroundings with a great owner who was always happy to offer advice on things to do.

,This is a beautiful, spacious house, with fantastic views. Perfect for large groups as it has 3 bathrooms. We had a warm welcome from the owner. There is an excellent farm shop nearby & lovely teashop in Tealby. We liked the lovely local walks.
