The Lake District and Cumbria, CA17 4PJ, GB
With all the accommodation laid out over one floor, this property has been built to reduce its carbon emissions whilst still offering the class and hospitality you would expect from a well-furnished holiday cottage. As well as boasting features, such as the original beams, the cottage uses geothermal heating to warm the floors during the colder months. Central heating heats the rest of the property, meaning you can enjoy all that the region has to offer even in the winter. During the summer, there is a patio and courtyard for evening barbecues and to simply relax in. With three bedrooms, this tranquil retreat can sleep groups of up to eight people.

This cottage was a warm haven during a cold and wet March/April week. The owners were really welcoming.
Mrs Grant, Nottinghamshire
,Perfect cottage in a lovely location, made more enjoyable by the friendly hosts.
Mrs Pollard, West Yorkshire
,It was fantastic to stay in a cottage that was so eminently suitable for my disabled husband who has a motorised wheelchair and also suitable for the family's needs. The cottage was lovely and warm and extremely well equipped. The owners couldn't have been more pleasant.
