The cottage was lovely, as was the owner who was there to meet us and give us a personal tour which was lovely. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the cottage. There was plenty of hot water and the cottage was easy to keep warm which suited my elderly father.
The garden was great - it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.
,Just loved it. Radios and alarm clocks in bedrooms - never seen these offered before in rented accommodation. Quiet. Easy access to Salisbury and Stonehenge. 12th century church almost next door. Sheep and alpacas in nearby fields. Boot Inn does good food. I wanted a quiet relaxing break with friends and that's what we got!
Mrs Page, Berkshire
,The cottage was so lovely and homely. It was also great that the cottage was in such a good location, only 8 minutes from Stonehenge and half an hour away from Longleat and New Forest.
Miss Dela Cruz,
,A beautiful cottage in a beautiful village. The owners have thought of pretty much everything. As townies it was great to be able to see the stars - no light pollution here and no street lights!
Mr Handley, Cheshire

Ms Hine, Shropshire
,In a fabulous location, easy to get to places of interest. The cottage has plenty of room and is very comfortable with ample supplies of everything - it has the lot! There is a well stocked farm shop within a 5minute walk selling superb local meat, cheeses, bread etc. The local pub is just a few minutes away and makes a change if you don't fancy cooking. Lots of wild birds in the garden and there are Ravens nesting in the woods beyond the river which made their presence felt with their croaking.
Mr Spanner, Northamptonshire
,The cottage had absolutely everything in it, was like I had taken my own kitchen utensils! A lot of little touches made it stand out. It was in a quiet location yet not too far from shops.

,We loved Rose Cottage overall. The owner was there to welcome us, show us about the property and give us some tips on places to eat and visit with children. The cottage was well located and had everything we needed. We are nearing the end of seven weeks in Europe and the UK, and having stayed in a total of eleven cottages/apartments, this is one of the very best! We would loved to have stayed longer.
Dr Shaw, Wellington
,A wonderful cottage which was better equipped than many homes. The gardens were a delight, I had my two grandchildren and my Labrador, there was everything we could have possibly needed. The owner is delightful, and the information about the cottage and the village were fascinating, an excellent read. I cannot praise this cottage highly enough and can't wait to stay again.

,We had a great time at this beautiful cottage. It was immaculately kept and the owner had clearly thought of everything that was needed to the very last detail. We particularly loved the lounge which was so cosy and being a stone cottage it really kept the warmth in. The location is beautiful and there was plenty of space in the garden areas to relax and take in the countryside. We will definitely be going again.
