Good base for visiting friend and family which was the main purpose of our time in Cheshire. Also for the public transport service right outside the cottage

,The property was well placed for Chester, Manchester & Liverpool, with good access to motorways. Nice walk along the canal just outside the garden gate, in one direction into the centre of Chester and the other into open countryside. Good internet connection.
,Lovely comfortable homely cottage ideally placed for exploring either on foot or by road.

,This is my second stay at Duck Cottage. It's an ideal base for a holiday located on the canal for easy access to Chester and plenty to do in the surrounding area. The cottage is clean, well equipped and very well presented. I'll definitely return and also recommend the property to friends and family.
