Peak District, SK23 9UT, GB
Just eight miles from Buxton and set within the heart to the village of Combs is this delightful property – a wing of the owner's 19th Century stone-built farmhouse. The farm on which the property is set is still a working one, and the cottage provides bright and sunny accommodation whilst still retaining many original features that add to its character including a stone floored kitchen and an inviting open fire. With views across the rolling hillside and a pretty, well established garden, this property is ideal for either a small family or two couples looking to enjoy the picturesque beauty of the Peak District.

A lovely comfy, warm and homely cottage with a comfortable bed and very friendly owner. Hope to return. An excellent spot for touring the local area and having a pub so close with excellent food was a bonus.
Ms Freeman, Hampshire
,It was quiet with lovely views and very reasonably priced. The owner was particularly friendly and helpful. It is clearly the owner that "makes the cottage". There were good walks from the door with pleasant scenery.
,A comfortable cosy cottage in lovely area. The landlady was most helpful, very hospitable.
,Comfortable cottage in a beautiful area.
