Hen Cottage was a spacious, immaculately clean accommodation. There were many practical and welcoming touches and the property boasts the additional interest of animals and a play area for children. Location was excellent for reaching many places of interest, details of which were available in the cottage. The owner was most helpful and made us feel welcome.
Mrs Alford, Fife
,It was lovely and huge, so there was plenty of space for the four adults, three-year old and baby. The area is very interesting and we visited Chester Zoo which is top standard and also the lovely N.T. house and wolf's den grounds at Erddig. It was only five miles away from the cottage and absolutely unique.
Mrs Wilks, West Yorkshire
,Hen Cottage is a great base for sight-seeing in the Wales-Cheshire borders & further afield. We will definitely consider returning & have already recommended the cottage to our family.
Mrs Laverty, County Antrim
,Hen Cottage is a very homely place to stay and tastefully decorated and in a very quiet location. . The adults loved the table tennis! Lovely owner too.
Mrs Sells, West Yorkshire
,This is one of the best cottages we have visited over the years. We enjoyed being on a working farm and loved the walks right from the front door. The cottage is situated in the country side but so close to interesting towns and cities.
