Old Orchard Cottage was warm clean comfortable with excellent creature comforts.
Mr Spinks, Norfolk
,A beautiful detached bungalow ideally located for York and only an hour drive to Scarborough. It was well equipped and beautifully presented. The owners were helpful but also gave us privacy. I would definitely recommend this holiday home and will be returning myself.
Mrs Walters, Staffordshire
,A lovely cottage in a quiet village. The bed was very comfortable and we felt really rested after a week here. It had great WiFi, Sky TV and sound system. The cottage was very warm with a nice garden to enjoy in the sunshine. We felt very private even though the owners lived next door. Would definitely visit again.
Mrs Smith, Staffordshire
,The cottage was in a nice, quiet setting. It has everything to be a home from home with Wi-Fi, Sky TV, flat screen TV, DVD player, etc. It was nice and warm with under floor heating throughout and the bathroom had a decent shower. There were good quality fixtures and fittings, the bedrooms had comfortable beds and plenty of storage space.
Mr Parrott, Lincolnshire
,We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful well presented, home from home property. It was fully equipped to suit our families needs with a lovely garden for the children to explore, games, books and very comfortable rooms to relax in. It is excellently located for Yorkshire and within good distance to other must see attractions. Highly recommend.
Mrs Cuthbert, Highland
,A lovely comfortable cottage in a lovely area. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for the week's break.
Mrs Vickers, West Midlands
,Old Orchard Cottage was a home from home - very comfortable, very clean. We loved having a washing machine and 2 toilets particularly with 2 daughters!! We had a fabulous holiday - even with the rain at the beginning of our week!!
