Everything was as promised, the site was excellent, the swimming pool was very good and security on the site was excellent. Easy access to the beach and handy for trips to Filey and Scarborough. We loved the beach theme in the cottage, it had warm lots of hot water and comfy beds with lovely white bedding and white fluffy towels. No noise at all from anyone and we felt safe walking my dog at night. A lovely homely feel in the cottage and very clean, we were delighted.

,We have just returned from a fantastic 7 night stay and the cottage was absolutely perfect. The cottage was well equipped and was decorated and furnished beautifully. The owner was lovely and extremely helpful. We would look to return again in the future.

,This is our fourth visit to Red Coat Cottage and as such you will appreciate the fact that we love the place! As usual, the ambience of Red Coat was warm and welcoming and our week at the cottage was the perfect "wind down" after 6 months work without a break! It has every comfort one could wish for.
,A very quaint little cottage which was well decorated with plenty of equipment in the kitchen. We had a very pleasant stay, thank you!
Mrs Mellor, Derbyshire
,Great little cottage in close proximity to a great beach.
Mr Parks, South Yorkshire
,The quality of the Cottage with décor & furnishings we deemed as we have already said was excellent. It didn't in any way feel like a holiday let, more like staying at a friends home so straight away we were put at ease. We have always found the staff both pleasant & helpful.
