This was an excellent venue for my husbands 70th Birthday weekend with family and friends. The big dining room was particularly suitable for a party and the 2 well equipped kitchens were brilliant. The sitting rooms were warm and cosy even in the middle of December. The location is lovely and the local pub was very good.

,Have got to say it was a brilliant weekend; the cottage is huge and was well equipped for our needs. I would certainly recommend this cottage to anyone.
,Warm with plenty of hot water etc. All of the party commented on how comfortable the beds were. Dining room fine for size of party. Quiet location with ample parking.
,Had a great time with family in Durstone Cottage, is is a fantastic cottage in a great location.
,The games room was an absolute 'win' as far as most of us were concerned. The location was a home from home and the views, even from downstairs, were delightful. The long dining room table was ideal as we were one big group rather than several families. Parking for a fleet of cars was a Godsend. The owner was very pleasant and, although nothing went wrong, it was comforting to know she was close by. I have spoken to all my family and friends who joined me on this little holiday and EACH person wants to go back to Durstone Cottages next year and the word to describe our break was 'perfect'! Thank you.

,We loved the stunning setting. The house was very quirky. The owner was really helpful. I would definitely come here on holiday again.
