The location was good for exploring the area. The owner of the property was very kind and welcoming.
Mrs Wass, North Yorkshire
,Compass House was close proximity to everything. I cannot fault anything. The owner was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect location for dog walkers. Plenty of information at the cottage for walkers.
,We loved the cottage, it was so spacious and homely with a nautical theme throughout, and being so close to the wonderful harbour at Amble & Warkworth. The owners made us feel very welcome. Amble itself is a brilliant little town for shopping; there is so much to see & do in this part of Northumbria and the beaches and parks are beautiful all year round.
Mr Edwards, North Yorkshire
,This cottage is everything and more. It is made extra special by the warm welcome from the owner and her wonderful home-made soup and bread. It is a minutes walk from the beach with great dog walks. In our words 'it is ideal'
,The location, scenery, beaches and local facilities were all great along with the high standard of accommodation at Compass House.
Mr Holden, Leicestershire

Mr Mckay, East Dunbartonshire
,The best equipped cottage we have stayed in either in the UK or Abroad. A great location for visiting the attractions in the area.
Mr Harland, Greater Manchester

Mrs Forrest, Greater Manchester
,Compass House is a really well equipped, warm, welcoming, home from home. The location in Amble is great, one minute from the harbour and a few minutes walk from a traditional high street.
Mrs Hierons, North Yorkshire
,Compass House is a lovely cottage close to the harbour and cliff top walks. We had everything we could need in this cottage. We could not fault it.
,Compass House is a great place to stay, it was very homely and comfortable. The owners came round to ensure our stay was nice. It was not too far away from beach and centre.
