We had a fantastic stay, the barn was kitted out to the highest standard and completely exceeded our expectations, can't wait to return.

,This was a perfect cottage in a perfect location.
Mrs Large, West Yorkshire
,A fabulous, well appointed and very comfortable property with lovely far reaching views. We met the owners who were most helpful and we won't hesitate to book again.
,It was the best appointed cottage that we have used, tastefully decorated with an en-suite in each bedroom, and wonderfully warm from the under-floor heating.Stunning views from the lounge window too.
,Fantastic location and very high standard of accommodation.
Mrs Bird, Surrey
,The location is fantastic, the accommodation great and we had the pleasure of listening to young lambs in the otherwise solitude. We had a great time.
Mrs James, West Yorkshire
,Warm and comfortable accommodation in a peaceful location.
Mr Foster, North Yorkshire
,Enjoyed everything about our stay. The accommodation was really nice, everything you could possibly need was provided within the property, and there were spectacular views and lovely countryside all around! Will definitely be returning!
Mrs Atwill, Tyne and Wear
,A beautiful cottage in a wonderful location. It was our second visit there and will hopefully return again.
,The property was in a great location; very quiet and well maintained. There was plenty of room for 6 people, all accommodated in lovely bedrooms with modern, well equipped bathrooms.
Mr Wheeler, 2090
,The barn and its location is truly exceptional with panoramic views and walks all around. It was a most comfortable place to spend a weeks holiday with a good village pub serving the most excellent food and a village brewery and bakery. The location of the barn is within easy reach of Windermere, Ambleside and Grassmere so there is everything for sightseeing and walkers alike.
Mr Halsey, Northamptonshire
,Really loved the quality and location of the accommodation. The owners were friendly and caring. Will definitely stay again and hopefully the weather is better next time? If only you could control the weather!
Mr Porter, North Yorkshire
,Liked everything! It was an amazing place in a beautiful location with stunning views. First class accommodation which was spotlessly clean with everything you could need and more! Fabulous.
,Outstanding property. We couldn't fault it.
