We stayed here as 2 families, being 4 adults and 5 kids. A great house with a great enclosed garden which the kids loved playing in. L-shaped house meant that you couldn't hear noise from the living room in the bedrooms which was really good when kids were going to bed early evening and/or getting up early in the morning.
,Manor Barn has high quality facilities, is very spacious and interestingly furnished. It is in a wonderful location in the Lincolnshire Wolds and has great views. The local pub is a short walk away and serves excellent food and real ales.

,Any large group looking for somewhere to stay in this part of the world will find this a brilliant place to stay. We were four generations plus a dog and it met all our needs brilliantly. The L shape meant that noise in the living room wasn't heard in the bedrooms and there was plenty of space for everyone.
