16 Brunel Quays
Cornwall, PL22 0JB, GB
16 Brunel Quays was originally a railway building, named after its designer, Isambard Kingdom Brunel. It has been restored to offer a high standard of accommodation, but retains many of its original features, such as arched windows and exposed stonework. The cottage has 4 bedrooms and will sleep up to 7 people, making it an idyllic retreat for large families or groups of friends. It also has a unique location, being bordered by the railway and its slow-passing trains on one side and the river quays on the other. The railway station is about 2 minutes' walk away, giving you access to trains that will take you to the major train stations and towns in Cornwall.

Centrally situated which meant ideal for touring and site seeing. Lostwithiel as a town offered more than adequate facilities as a base.16 Brunel Quays was a private and spacious to enable more than one family to share and enjoy privacy.
This allowed us to have an excellent family holiday with sufficient parking for two families.
Mr Boot, West Midlands
,It is a lovely house, in a beautiful town, within good reach of many places of interest.
Mr Sawers, Berkshire
,This is an amazing property in an interesting old building. The property was in a lovely location a few minutes walk from shops, cafes and pubs. The ideal place for our holiday.
,The property was clean, had very comfortable beds and a lovely light airy feel. There was plenty of space and the property was in a good position, it had everything we needed. We would be happy to go there again.
Mrs Clark, Devon
,The property is very spacious with plenty of room for the suggested 7 occupants. It is a very interestingly converted building in a good location for visiting attractions in this part of Cornwall. The neighbours are very friendly and welcoming.
Mr Coello, Hampshire
,The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The property is very spacious and is situated in a very nice area with good pubs, restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. The photos on the website do not do the cottage justice, the lounge area is very spacious, very relaxing and the decoration is all very modern and nicely set out. The amount of tourist information in the hallway in the property, such as walks for the area, places to visit, things to see, local information and maps is exceptionally helpful. We could not have picked a better property for our stay in Cornwall!
,The cottage was perfect for our needs. It was comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The cottage is perfectly located in a lovely, interesting little town with many good walking routes nearby.
,Brunel Quays is an excellent property and Lostwithiel is a great place to stay. Hope to go again.
Mr Fairest, East Yorkshire
,16 Brunel Quays is a spacious, unusual property. It is light and airy and is well furnished. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio by the river (we were particularly blessed with good weather)
,This was our third visit to Brunel Quays and it is still an excellent self-catering property. The kitchen was well equipped with good quality cooking utensils and the whole property was very clean and comfortable.
