The property was warm, cosy and welcoming. The property is very dog friendly, we have two Labradors who had a great time with lots of space for them to run in the owners grounds. Although The Annexe is attached to the owners property, we felt we had privacy and space.
Mr Ladd, Shropshire
,The Annexe is in a good position in a lovely village, the owners were always on hand and happy to help, giving lots of tips on areas to visit within the area. The Annexe offered us everything we needed for our break, it was well equipped and clean. Would definitely stay there again if visiting that area of Wales.
Mr Higgin, lancashire
,In an ideal location, and perfect for the dogs. The owners and locals were very welcoming. The cottage was perfect in every way.
,We were more than pleased with The Annexe and would like to thank the owner for the opportunity of staying in his home.
Mrs Hughes, Caerdydd
,The ambiance at The Annexe is superb and the owner is supportive but never intrusive. The weather was wonderful, the sea never came in and the walks just kept getting better the more I explored.
Ms Kraus, Oxfordshire
,The cottage was in a great location close to the beach and lots of lovely walks. The garden was ideal for the dog and the patio area was lovely too. The cottage was modern but homely, with every facility you could possibly need. The owners were very friendly and welcoming.
Miss Buckley, Lincolnshire
,The cottage was immaculate, really comfortable and had everything you needed. The garden was lovely and the option of going into the paddock was brilliant for our golden retriever dog. We slept soundly every night, the beds were really comfortable and it was very peaceful. The owners were warm and welcoming, showed us around and told us about the local area. The cottage is in a perfect location to explore Barmouth, Harlech and Porthmadog. There is also a beach which is around a ten minute drive away which is brilliant for walking and also great for dogs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 'The Annexe' and would recommend to anyone.
Mrs Nicklin, West Midlands
,The cottage was great! It was situated close to a gorgeous beach and was spotlessly clean. You were provided with everything you needed and more! It was a bonus to have the maps provided too as it meant we found local points of interest we perhaps may not have found otherwise. The patio and garden were lovely too.
Mrs Severn, Nottinghamshire
,The Annexe is well situated with good views over the bay. A warm reception from the owners on our arrival made us feel at home and our two Westies were also made welcome.
Mr Adamson, Lancashire
,We love The Annex, although it is attached to the main house it feels separate. We have stayed here several times before and it never fails to please. It is also ideal for walking.
Mrs Rose, Buckinghamshire
,We love the Annex! Lovely location, friendly and helpful owners. Lovely and clean for the days when the weather doesn't cooperate and you spend more time indoors. Great for kids.
,Excellent place to stay to explore the west coast and Snowdonia. A very helpful owner and of course very dog friendly.
Mrs Johnson, Warwickshire
,A really lovely base from which to explore this stunning section of coastline. The cottage was presented to a very high standard with super comfy beds and extra fluffy towels. There is plenty of off road parking and it is easy to access from the road.
,Absolutely fantastic! This property is a real home from home, better in fact. Everything you could possibly need if staying for a month! So clean and homely, beds really comfortable, garden is a joy. The owners could not have been friendlier or more welcoming! What more can I say? Stay here! We will next year for sure.
Mrs Brennan, South Yorkshire
,This was our second visit to The Annexe. We enjoyed the peace and quiet watching the birds in the garden. It was nice to have a safe garden for our dogs. The cottage has a real homely feel to it and is spotlessly clean and well equipped. It has had a new shower room fitted since our last visit which was very nice.
Mrs Critchley, Greater Manchester
,The atmosphere was relaxing and the owners were very friendly and approachable.
