The two-person accommodation is very spacious, but also felt cosy and cottage-like. There is additional heating in the form of a gas coal effect fire and oil filled radiators, helping to make the cottage very cosy. The heated towel rail ensures that the bathroom is always warm and that the towels are warm and dry. The bed and bedding are super comfortable. The complex is quiet and the Lake District is beautiful. There is lots of useful information in the cottage including a fantastic readers digest book all about the Lake District, which includes many photos.
,The cottage & grounds were amazing. I will definitely be considering this accommodation either later on in the year or next.
,The cottage was very homely in a really nice setting and it did feel as though we were staying in a place that was genuinely cared for. It was lovely and relaxing.

,We liked the beautiful surroundings and setting of the holiday cottage as well as the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The use of the walled gardens was a big bonus for us as we are both gardeners, and the fact that the whole place is so dog friendly. This was our third visit and we would definitely stay again. We also found the location great for accessing the rest of the lakes.
